I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Missouri. I started my career as a Physical Therapist in 1998 and developed a deep understanding of how body symptoms and emotional process are intertwined. In 2003 I returned to school for my Master of Education in Counseling.

I have completed advanced training in a body centered approach to psychotherapy, and I incorporate attachment and bonding theory into the healing process.

I offer individual, couple, and family/interpersonal counseling.

Within my counseling framework, I tailor my sessions to meet individual needs of clients and create a safe therapeutic, healing environment for each person.

Fees

My fee for a 50-minute counseling session is $108. I accept cash, check and credit card payment. Payment is due at the start of each session. I do not accept direct payment or reimbursement from insurance companies. I am considered an out-of-network provider for most insurance companies. If you would like to receive an invoice for services to submit to your insurance company, an invoice can be provided.

Client sessions are reserved in advance. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, 24 hours notice is required. This allows for enough notice to use the reserved time for other clients. If 24 hours notice is not given, you will be responsible for the session fee.
